This classic “in frame style” shaker in Baltic Green, has a sense of warmth, tradition and comes with bags of character. The client was keen to pair the doors with antique brass finishing touches throughout. From the bridge tap to the handles, to the waste disposal switch, to the light switches, to the handle on the range oven, everything has been carefully sourced and matched.
The light coming in from the double crittle doors and the velux window above, shows off the Baltic Green in its purest form. It feels rich in colour and calming in nature with the Halifax Oak open shelf cabinets. Space for two little ones (or two big ones !) to eat on the Halifax Oak breakfast bar on the island, finishes off the functionality of the kitchen. The client had ample dining space in another area of the open plan airy room.
This period, distinctive, semi-detached house in the heart of Prestwich, deserved a beautiful, striking kitchen and it was a pleasure to work on.
